No live database access
Havenmark IP queries the EUIPO and USPTO public APIs for trademark similarity checks when those credentials are configured. The map will never report the existence or absence of any specific filing, applicant, or office record outside what those APIs return; for any other office, no live search is performed. Any conflict-clearance search across the full set of relevant registries must be conducted by you or your attorney through each office's actual search tools.
Privacy

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Havenmark IP and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its output - including any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the map. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from your use of this site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey. If you are based in the European Union, you may also have the right to raise a dispute with an alternative dispute resolution body in your member state.
